Lifestyle Counselling
With a strong background in counselling, I will help you navigate the day to day difficulties including anxiety, depression, lifestyle choices, sleep. I am here to support you.
Biofeedback & Mindfulness Training
Biofeedback is a collaborative process. It is a method that teaches you how to self-regulate your mind and body. You are retraining your nervous system to be more resilient. Mindfulness Training is the practice of being present to each moment without judgement. It allows for you to not get overwhelmed or triggered and stay grounded.
HOW IT WORKs
BIOFEEDBACK AND MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Training consists of weekly 45 min to 1 hour sessions for 8 to 10 weeks or ongoing with home practices. Sessions include: Biofeedback training, breath work/retraining, mindfulness therapies, therapeutic exercises and postural/movement awareness.
LifeStyle COunselling
Lifestyle counselling will address the foundations of health (sleep, diet, stress reduction and exercise). 30min or 60min sessions available as needed.
Combined Therapies
Combined Therapies and longer sessions are available as needed. 75 and 90 min sessions available.
